There are so many potential tours that may be available
during Convention. So much to do ~ so little time .....

Explore at Cabella's
Cabella's & Buck Knives ... Take a tour of famous Buck Knives, a knife manufacturer, which had lasted through 5 generations, starting in 1902 and moved its' plant to Post Falls in 2005. Then on to Cabela's, the world's foremost outfitter. This is not just a store it is a destination, with huge displays of wild animals and outdoor scenes.
Manito Garden
City Tour ... Enjoy a tour of the rich history, historic homes and attractions of Spokane including: the Spokane Falls, the grounds of the former Expo '74 site (now Riverfront Park), Saint John's Cathedral, Manito Park with the formal sunken gardens, Japanese Gardens and flower-filled Conservatory, historic mansions in Browne's Addition and the Crosbyanna Room at Gonzaga University to see Bing Crosby memorabilia.
Enjoy the river!
River Rafting on the Spokane River .... Just west of downtown is where we will put in for a three hour rafting trip, perfect rafting for someone looking to find adventure in Spokane. See wildlife and enjoy the scenery, then get ready for some excitement as we pass through the Bowl and Pitcher and Devil's Toenail.
Spokane Winery Tour ... Did you know Washington is the second largest wine producing state in the country? On this tour, stop at Arbor Crest Wine Cellars, perched on a rock 450 feet above the Spokane River, taste their wines, then tour the grounds, once owned by an inventor, Mountain Dome Winery, Washington's premier sparkling winery and Latah Creek Winery and Gift Shop, heralded by Wine Spectator Magazine as one of the top producers of Merlot in Washington State.

Cruise on Coeur d'Alene

Lake Coeur d'Alene Cruise .... Travel to Idaho for a 2 hour private cruise on Lake Coeur d'Alene. National Geographic reports this as one of the most beautiful lakes in the world. Along the way, pass by the now famous floating green at the Coeur d'Alene Resort Golf Course.
Historic towns
Get a realistic glimpse of the old mining days on the way to the world's richest Silver Mining District. Stop at Cataldo Mission, built by the Coeur d'Alene Indian Tribe and Jesuit Missionaries in 1853. Then to Wallace, the Silver Capital of the World. Ride the trolley up to the Sierra Silver Mine, have lunch is at the historic Jameson Hotel and tour the Bordello Museum, an actual old Bordello.
Visit Grand Coulee Dam
Dinner and Spectacular Laser Light Show on Grand Coulee Dam
Travel through Eastern Washington's rich farm country on the way to a Coulee Dam. See the Laser Light Show on one of the world's largest dams, Grand Coulee. The show is narrated and accompanied by music and is a Native American theme.
Enjoy a luncheon tour
Alpacas, Shopping, Farm Lunch and Wine ... Tour the unique area of Green Bluff, 700 acres of orchards and ranches including the SuperSuris Alpaca Ranch, High Country Orchards with sandwiches made with fresh baked bread and fresh fruit pie and great gift shop, Trezzi's Barn for a tour of the vineyard and wine tasting and "Blooms on the Bluff" to see all the fruit blossoms.
Shopping,
Chocolate and Wine
Could there be a better combination? We will stop at 'Finders Keepers' with a large assortment of jewelry, both vintage and new, 'Simply Northwest' with everything made in the PNW and 'Gallery of THUM' stocked with every kind of discipline of art from regional artists. End at 'Chocolate Apothecary', in the Historic Flour Mill, for a chocolate tasting with 5 different chocolates from around the world.
