To Register for the 61th National Square Convention®:

The new registration fee for youth is $20 each
(5-17 years old on June 27, 2012).

The updated registration form is now available ... Click here

The form is interactive and can be filled out online if you choose.
Enter the number of dancers (whether adult or youth) and
either "Tab" through or click in the next field ... the form will
automatically total the registration amount.

Then print the form and send it along with your payment to the address below.
